Small patch that fixes some stuff

+ Added an extra frame for the urchins cause I accidentally didn't add it lol

- Fixed a bug with Warlocktopus lasers not doing damage to the player when moving
- Reduced the time for the boss vote
- Adjusted the hitboxes for Urchins and Mine Urchins
